Over the last eight months, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has withstood a series of senior leadership reshuffles spanning board representation, human resources, operations, regional business leadership, and delivery functions.


In July 2025, the company informed the exchanges that MT Lakshmanan was stepping down from the role of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) as he was being transferred back to parent Larsen & Toubro Limited for his next assignment. T Shivaram was appointed CHRO with effect from August 1, 2025. He joined L&T in 2019 as Head – Human Resources, Water & Effluent Treatment IC, and since January 2023, has been serving as Head of HR for Buildings & Factories IC.


Shivaram previously led HR in organisations including SAP Labs India, SAP Global Delivery Centers, Hewlett-Packard, Standard Chartered Bank, and Financial Software & Systems.

In August, LTTS disclosed the resignation of Abhishek Sinha, Executive Director & President – Medical, Smart World & Functions. The regulatory filing stated that he resigned to “pursue career opportunities outside the group.”

In November 2025, LTTS appointed Mritunjay Kumar Singh as Chief Operating Officer. The company said Singh has over 32 years of experience spanning manufacturing, software engineering, and IT services. He began his career at Tata Steel and later transitioned into IT, holding key roles at Kanbay, Infosys, Persistent Systems, and Axiscades.

He has served in leadership positions, including CEO, COO, and board member, leading large-scale transformations, strategic growth initiatives, and operational turnarounds.

The changes continued into 2026. On February 1, 2026, LTTS informed exchanges that Rajkumar Ravindranathan, Chief Business Officer – EMEA & RoW, had resigned in November to pursue career opportunities outside the group. Ravindranathan later joined Cyient as Chief Growth Officer.

In a disclosure by Cyient, he was quoted as saying: “I am delighted to join Cyient at this defining moment for the industry. As AI continues to reshape the global landscape, Cyient’s deep domain expertise and focus on Embracing Intelligence (Human and Artificial) present a distinct opportunity to lead large-scale business transformations.”

On February 4, 2026, LTTS appointed Indrajit Sen as Chief Business Officer – Europe & RoW, replacing Ravindranathan. Sen has over 32 years of global R&D experience spanning the aerospace and defence, mobility and industrial engineering domains.

Most recently, on February 19, 2026, the company disclosed that Dr Narayanan Ramanathan, Chief Delivery Officer, had resigned due to personal reasons.

LTTS said its spokesperson was unavailable for comment when contacted by AIM with queries regarding the reshuffle.

L&T Technology Services reported a steady third quarter for the financial year 2026, posting double-digit revenue growth and extending its run of large deal wins, even as profit growth remained modest.

Revenue for Q3 FY26 rose 10.2% year-on-year to ₹2,923 crore, driven by sustained demand for engineering, digital, and AI-led services. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹303 crore, down 5.9% from the same quarter last year, while operating margin was 14.6%. The firms largely squared the impact on the bottomline to the requirements of new labour codes and relevant accounting standards.

The firm also extended its streak of large deal wins to a fifth consecutive quarter, with an average total contract value of around $200 million.

The company, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited, provides engineering research and development services to global clients across sectors including transportation, industrial products, telecom, and medical devices.
